If you wish to return your item under this category it must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. As this type of return is not due to an error by us, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place. Your refund will be the price paid for the item less all postage / packaging.

Refunds are by the same method as the payment was made. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). All returns are by prior arrangement only.

For returns that are based on an error by us full refund will be given including the original postage & packaging that we charged and also the cost of postage return. If we have made an error it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error.
